Autoban applied a signature system of layering tactile and textural materials to create an interior shell and to build a design narrative informed by the history, heritage and identity of Özak. A sophisticated and sensory experience created through thoughtfully selected surfaces, details and design elements reflects and emphasizes the identity and prestige of the organization, referencing the history and various lines of work in which the group operates.
The DNA of Özak as a long-established and prestigious group is deeply ingrained throughout the spaces through an emphasis on materiality and detail, used to convey the sophistication and quality of services the name Özak is synonymous with.
The deep rooted history of Özak, specifically its textiles arm which was the first company of the group established in 1985, and which today remains its cornerstone, was the inspiration for the design identity of the project. The story built through Autoban’s multi-layered design hence references with every detail the authority and connoisseurship of a textile and production giant that produces for some of the world’s leading brands. Exquisite textures, finishings & fittings, and wall coverings imbue the space with an atmosphere of craftsmanship and quality, and send a nod to the intricacies of masterful seams, stitches and weaving.
